It happens and this video is here to help. So here is what you should do if you get robbed while traveling.
Stay Calm - Freaking out will only make it worse
File a Police Report with the police - this will help you with your insurance claim back home.
Call and cancel your credit and debit cards and have one mailed to your next hotel so you will be ok (or have a friend send things western union).
Do not get upset with the police as they may not help very much, but they will be offended by you and may make things worse.
And Finally DO NOT LET BEING ROBBED RUIN YOUR TRIP. It happens to us all (even us at Wolters World), just role with it and you will have a great story for years to come.
